A company is hiring a professional Pokemon Go player

Funzing, a “community marketplace for unique experiences” in Singapore, is looking to hire a Pokemon Master.

The company says that it’s looking for “an enthusiastic Pokemon Master for the FIRST EVER Pokemon Job in the world.” It says that it wants people who are Pokemon fanatics and always out on an adventure to catch them to apply.

Funzing has open positions in Singapore and in the UK. It says that a three month payment is guaranteed and the job description entails “Catching Pokemons, Training others on a daily basis, teaching secrets and tips and hosting lure parties, walks, raves and experiences.”

Will having “Professional Pokemon Master” on your CV open some doors? It’s hard to know – stranger things have happened - but it could be an interesting way to spend three months while being paid for it.
