Battlefield Hardline will feature House of Cards and Justified talent
Some of the cast and crew of hit TV shows such as House of Cards, Justified and The Americans will lend their talents to Battlefield Hardline, whether that be acting or writing. EA is yet to announce who is involved with the project.

As outlined by the leaked gameplay video, the game will draw inspiration from, and take the style of, traditional TV cop shows. Battlefield Hardline will be broken up into episodes, complete with cliffhangers, while players will be treated to a “Previously on…” cinematic.

Players assume the role of Nick Mendoza, a young Miami detective who gets caught up in his own personal struggle between right and wrong. Of course, the world around him does little to steer him right; it’s full of crooked cops and interesting criminals. For reasons that the video didn’t go into in detail, Nick will embark on a cross country quest in search of revenge.

The gameplay video has since been removed from YouTube, but we have some more details regarding the multiplayer here. Expect a full reveal at E3 on June 9th.
