The Walking Dead,
Robert Kirkman, has announced that the first episode of
Playing Dead is now available. The online talk show discusses the upcoming game based on
The Walking Dead and the creative process that goes on behind the scenes. The nine-part show will feature guests including Robert Kirkman and Gary Whitta, screenwriter for The Book of Eli and story consultant for the game.
The online episode will be exclusively available on the official website for 24 hours before being made available on YouTube, iTunes and then via Xbox Live and the Sony Entertainment Network.
Telltale co-founder and CEO,
Dan Connors, said that this is a unique move that the studio is happy to attempt. He added, “Telltale has always believed in sharing and interacting with our fans as much as possible as we head towards the launch of a game and Playing Dead is an exciting evolution of that process.”
