Destiny developer Bungie has addressed some concerns from frustrated Xbox One owners who have claimed the studio has been ignoring the Microsoft side of its fanbase. The claims, which seem a little odd to us given the fact that Destiny will be launched on both platforms, and it's in the studio's best interests to ensure that both PS4 and Xbox One launches are as successful as possible, were raised in an email to the company's blog by a user going by the name of "Neo xxxl" who wrote:
Will you guys give a nod to your Xbox fan base or just keep ignoring them?
The studio's official response came from David Dague, its community manager, who posted:
Who’s ignoring you? We’re right here; making a game we hope you’ll love. We’re listening to your questions, and answering the ones we can. If you’re a gamer who wants to play a Bungie game, you’re very much on our mind -every day.
So, just in case you were starting to worry that the former Halo publisher was starting to forget about its Xbox-flavoured console roots, you've got no reason to be worried.
