It's hard to get across just how groundbreaking Modern Warfare was when it arrived back in 2007.
It was the first time that the Call of Duty series really managed to embrace cinematic action in its single player, something which the team has refined to an art form almost 10 years later. But that original is still a thrilling ride, with set pieces I still remember a decade on.
And now it's back, and it's looking deadly.
This remastered version updates the visuals and wisely keeps those all important guts intact. You can get it be pre-ordering the upcoming Infinite Warfare and if you do so on PS4 you'll get to play Modern Warfare a full 30 days early on the 5th of October.
We're hearing that you'll be able to but the game on its own in the future, but it could be a good while after the release of Activisions blockbuster. Infinite Warfare is out on the 4th of November, 2016.
