Grand Theft Auto V is coming to PS4 and Xbox One (and PC) very soon, more than a year after its initial release.
But this next generation version is more than a mere cash-in, bringing not just a host of graphical improvements but also a whole new way to experience the game with a fully featured first person mode. Every aspect of thegame has been retooled to make the most of this addition, with new animations, textures and lots more.
There will also be more radio content, enhanced draw distance and more wildlife to pulverize with you car.In addition, Rockstar is doing some clever things on a per console basis. For the PS4, that means interacting with the DualShock 4 controller in interesting ways.
So if you up you Wanted level in game and start to get chased by the cops, the light on your controller will start to flash red and blue. You'll also be able to hear police radio chatter through your controllers speaker (which is a cool way to make it separate from the music) and the touchpad does a whole bunch of things - from changing the radio station to swapping guns and flitting between first and third person perspective.
These are just a few extra details which makes the new version of GTA V all the more worth picking up.
Get GTA V on PS4 and Xbox One from the 18th of November 2014.
