Uncharted 4 looks set to be Nathan Drake’s last outing if a tease from Naughty Dog’s Creative Director is to be believed.
Neil Druckmann took to Twitter to highlight the poster for Uncharted 4, which dominates the Los Angeles Convention Centre. “Looking mighty good for his last E3,” Druckmann tweeted.
One fan hopefully responded, “Why? Is E3 never happening again?” But we all know what Druckmann’s tweet signifies.
Uncharted 4: The Thief’s End will test every fibre of Nathan Drake, as he embarks on a journey in pursuit of a conspiracy behind a long lost pirate colony and its fabled pirate treasure. Naughty Dog has said that this adventure will “test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he's willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves."
For those who haven’t yet experienced the Uncharted series, Sony recently announced the Nathan Drake Collection, which features the three main games released so far. It will be released in October.
Naughty Dog will reveal more about Uncharted 4 at E3 next week. It is expected to be released early in 2016.
