Janina Gavankar is an American actress you've probably seen before, with major roles in shows like True Blood and The Vampire Diaries. For 2014, she's also playing a big part in the story of Far Cry 4.
Gavankais the motion capture and voice artist for Amita, a freedom fighter trying to survive in war torn Kyrat, who you can choose to work with against the evil tyrant Pagan Min (voiced, of course, by Troy Baker). And it turns out the 33 year old actress and musician is also an avid gamer, with her gaming life kicking off in 2007 in earnest with the release of the original Bioshock.
Here she sits to chat toShack News while in a motion capture suit with some footage of what it was like to work on the mocap stage. And she's got a lot to say about Oculus Rift and the many games she enjoys. And because she is one of us, she also totally hate those floaty manuscript things which float away from you in Assassin's Creed. Head here for that.
She is totally right, they suck. She should kick that designers ass.
You can decide whether you want to fight with Janina(you're going to right?) when Far Cry 4 arrives on consoles and PC from the 18th of November 2014.
