Firewatch is one of the best story-driven games we've played in a long time. It's the tale of a man who needs to get away from it all and does a pretty good job by becoming a watchtower fellow in a massive park in Wyoming in 1989.
Mostly you walk around and so not very much work, while having conversations with your supervisor Delilah. It doesn't sound like much but there's a whole lot going on when you dig into the meat of the game.
First released back in February 2016, the game now has a new addition which makes it even more worthy of your time. Developers Campo Santo have added a Free Roam mode which lets you wander around the gorgeous stylised world as much as you like.
The new mode also includes a full day night cycle, which means we're now just waiting for some stunning timelapses to be made. A new version of the game has also been released for the PS4 Pro, which offers higher resolution and faster loading times.
You can grab the update now on PC or PS4.
