December is almost upon us and while that does means Christmas (yay!) it also means there's a new batch of free games from PS Plus on the way as well (double yay!).
PlayStation has just released details of the upcoming titles which will appear on their three consoles, and its a fun set to while away holiday times of eating and merriment.
PlayStation 4 nabs the superhero fighty time that is Injustice: Gods Among Us, which pits the DC pack against itself in an all-out melee that could possibly destroy the world. It's very good-looking. There's also Secret Panchos which is new to PS4 and yours for the price of free. Survive as a desperado in the old West. Trade bullets, wear a tache. You know the drill.
On PlayStation 3, things are altogether weirder, thanks to the addition of Deadly Premonition: The Director's Cut. This murder mystery is just stone-cold crazy, but definitely worth seeing out (especially as its now free). If that's not enough, you also get the classic HitmanTrilogy in HD - with three games worth of globe-trotting killing by a creepy bald man. That's a lot of killing, though thankfully on the first game insists on any form of subtlety.
Last but not least, the PlayStation Vita earns a new tower defense title in the form of Final Horizon, which has shedloads of levels and a nice graphical sheen. Then there's Titan Attacks, which is Cross Buy and features fast paced action with an old school arcade feel that is the perfect title for the smaller-screened console.
With this collection of games, Sony is all but assuring you're going to have a happy (and fairly violent) Christmas. Enjoy!
These games will arrive on PS Plus in Europe from the 3rd of December but don't forget to grab last months titles - including Frozen Synapse Prime and Binding of Isaac Rebirth - before then.
