Free-to-play FIFA World open beta launches
EA today announced the launch of the open beta of FIFA World, a free-to-play title that aims to bring console gameplay and traditional FIFA features to as many people as possible.

Over 1.5 million players registered to be a part of the closed and limited open betas, and now everyone has a chance to get involved. The title features licensed leagues, the ever-popular Ultimate Team and Seasons game modes, and a social hub where players can connect and share their moments.

Producer Alex Grimbley said, “By bringing the FIFA franchise to the PC platform as a free-to-play game, we give millions of new fans their chance to experience the authentic FIFA experience, with award-winning gameplay and licensed leagues. At the same time, existing FIFA fans now have a new way to enjoy the game they already love, with fresh daily content and the ability to play on almost any PC.”

Check out the trailer below and then make your way to the FIFA World website if you’d like to explore the game more.
