Gears of War and Killer Instinct coming to PC early in 2016

PC players have Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and Killer Instinct to look forward to in 2016.

Head of Xbox Phil Spencer took to Twitter to respond to a fan query and confirmed that the two titles are to be released in the new year. He said, "Haven't announced dates yet but won't be too far into 2016."

This should be some reassurance to PC owners who were starting to get unsure that Gears of War: Ultimate Edition would ever be ported. It had, after all, been some time since the vague assurance that it was "still coming to PC."

Meanwhile, the official Killer Instinct previously revealed that the full version will be released in March.

Spencer is unwilling to get too specific, but at least PC players know that both Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and Killer Instinct will be out next year.
