Console versions of Grand Theft Auto V will finally get the long-awaited and eagerly anticipated Online Heists mode in March.
The DLC will be available from March 10th and adds a brand new 4-player cooperative experience. Players will be able to team up with one another to pull off daring and “intense, multi-part raids and robberies across Los Santos and Blaine County.” Rockstar Games apologised for how long it’s taken to get this content ready, and said that more information will be revealed in the coming weeks.
It’s a bitter-sweet day for Grand Theft Auto fans, though. Once again, Rockstar broke the news that the game’s PC release is to be delayed. Grand Theft Auto V’s PC release is being pushed back until April 14th. Rockstar’s blog post said that this is to ensure the game is as polished as possible, and to ensure that GTA Online and Online Heists are ready to roll out on day one.
Those who have pre-ordered Grand Theft Auto V for PC will be compensated with $200,000 in-game cash for use in GTA Online.
