Homefront the Revolution has not had an easy road to release, and that is acknowledged in the games closing credits.
Right before the credits roll a message appears from game director Hasit Zala. It begins like this:
"Homefront the Revolution has been in development for just over 4 years and as some of you may be aware the path has not always been a smooth one. Several reboots, the original publisher going into liquidation, the development studio changing ownership... I could go on."
It ends on a more hopeful note: "Finally for all of you that have enjoyed playing the game, I promise you - this is just the beginning!"
This kind of message is aggreably honest, especially when the development has seemed to be one of the most unfortunate in recent years. As for this only being the beginning, well that will depend on how the sales go, and it's far from a foregone conclusion that the game will be a success.
