It’s fair to say that the Nintendo Wii had its fair share of accessories and it doesn’t look like that particular trend will be broken with the release of the Wii-U. Mad Catz has announced a range of products, which will be available from the launch of the new console. They include the Tritton Kunai Stereo Gaming Headset, the PowerUp ChargeDockand the FlipStand Protective Cover.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz Interactive, Darren Richardson, expressed his excitement at supporting the launch of the Wii-U through a series of products. He said, “The new range is part of our strategy to bring innovative products to passionate consumers.” More announcements regarding the Wii-U will be made at Nintendo’s press conference at 09:00 PDT (17:00 GMT).
