New Oddworld Adventure 'New'n'Tasty' succeeds in being both tasty and new
A massive 17 years since the original, classic PS One outing, New ‘n’ Tasty harkens back to simpler time in a pleasing contrast to the bloated pixel-count and tired mechanics of a generation doused in violence.

New’n’Tasty doesn’t look all that different from its 1997 namesake, mainly because it aint. But the term remake seems a little too minimal for New’n’Tasty - it’s an update, a reimagining, a reintroduction of a classic character and his iconic adventure using the best tech available. Besides, the puzzle platformer is where most of the industry’s innovation is coming from lately.

Developed by Gravity Crash helmers, Just Add Water, a return to Abe’s original Odysee is just what the current gen ordered – A back to basics, grassroots approach to gaming. Coming Soon for the PS3, PS4, PSVita, Steam, Wii U and Apple, New’n’Tasty is one of those rare brands which seems expertly timed. I look forward to it with much muchness!
