No Man's Sky is a huge and ambitious game, so naturally there are bugs. If you've been experiencing any of them creator Sean Murray wants you to know that fixes are in the works with a long post about the issues.
In the piece he goes on to talk about how the team is handling the game post launch, including hiring a full QA team which is bigger than the entire Hello Games staff! Support tickets will be starting from early next week so get your requests in for critical errors.
There are also some hints for what to do if you're stuck, including being able to revert to one of two previous save games. If you feel like there is an issue with your pre-order bonus ship there has been some confusion over the name and also a missing hyperdrive. That is usually sorted by an NPC gifting the player with one.
It seems like Hello Games is trying to keep on top of these problems and at least doing a good job of communicating with its players, which is always a great first step towards keeping frustrations from mounting. Just ask the Pokemon Go guys!
