Revengeance DLC teased

Revengeance DLC teased
Players will enter the fray as alternative characters.
Platinum Games is teasing fans of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance with the prospect of more DLC. New screenshots have been released from upcoming add-ons which are currently under development. The announcement was made via a recent blog entry.

One add-on sees players take control of Raiden's nemesis, Sam. There isn’t much information available at the moment, but it does look as though players will be facing off against Ray at some point. It is unclear if this add-on will form part of the story at this point in time; we are awaiting confirmation from Konami.

The other add-on teased sees players take control of the robot dog LQ-84i. Again, it is unclear if these missions will be part of the main universe’s story arc. Details regarding this add-on are being kept hush at this point in time.

Players on PlayStation 3 in North America and on both consoles in Europe will soon be able to get their hands on the previously announced VR DLC missions. Konami and Platinum Games have not announced if the other add-ons will be available outside of Japan yet, but considering how well it has performed it would be surprising if players were denied the opportunity to take control of Sam and LQ-84i.
