Sony announces December's free PlayStation Plus titles

Sony has revealed the six titles that will be free to download as part of PlayStation Plus this December. Unusually, none of these are cross-buy, so there are two free games on each of the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita.

The first episode of the reimagined King's Quest, King's Quest: A Knight to Remember, and horde-slaying dungeon explorer Gauntlet: Slayer Edition will be free on PlayStation 4.

PlayStation 3 subscribers arguably get the pick of the bunch. There's the gloriously 80s-themed and neon-tinged Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon as well as SSX.

Finally, PS Vita owners will get their hands on Freedom Wars and Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken.

These titles will be free to download on the first Tuesday of December. The announcement of next month's PlayStation Plus games also acts as a final reminder to add November's games to your library if you haven't already done so.
