South Park The Stick of Truth was a pretty amazing game that totally captured the feeling of the TV series while creating a pretty epic action RPG around kids in a fantasy world. Almost no one played it but you lucky folks are still getting a sequel.
South Park The Fractured But Whole looks set to do the same solid service to the superhero genre of games and movies, with a plot line that roughly follows that of the recent Captain America Civil War. Two bands of heroes will face off against eachother, because of reasons.
You'll have to side with or against the Coon (that was Cartman if you remember) as a new kid with their own unique look and superpowers. Here's a new gameplay trailer which has cursing, but that just makes sense when it's a South Park game.
The graphics look perfect and the gameplay looks like fun, making the most of the turn based fights to bring a real sense of style to the supermoves. Also it's all pretty curse laden, which feels right too.
Play it on consoles and PC in early December, 2016.
