Square Enix does E3
Square Enix brought some heavy hitters to E3 this year. Its lineup included titles such as Hitman: Absolution, Tomb Raider, Sleeping Dogs and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. Let's get straight to the trailers.

Sleeping Dogs is set to teach us what can happen when caught after living a life undercover. The outcome is unpleasant to say the least. The other side of the trailer is a look at high flying, fast paced action and a mix of melee and weapons based combat. The trailer is not for the faint of heart! Sleeping Dogs will be released on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It is scheduled for release on August 14th in North America and August 17th in Europe.

Heroes of Ruin will be coming to the Nintendo 3DS and a multiplayer trailer has been released. The footage shows up to four players teaming up locally or online to slay mythical creatures. Apparently Nintendo's Wii-U mantra of "Together. Better" has crossed other boundaries.

The Kingdom Hearts series is back and will once again include beloved characters including Pinocchio, Quasimodo, Mickey, Donald and Goofy as the Musketeers. The E3 trailer of Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance shows part of the opening cinematic along with some of the gameplay from the title itself. The game has already been released in Japan and has been very positively received. Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance will be released in Europe on July 20th and in North America on July 31st.

GameGlobe will be a free-to-play browser based game, which will be released later this year. The title allows players to create levels and mini-games with ease, which can then be shared with others. Having seen the range of creative levels in games such as LittleBigPlanet and Trials, there could be some very interesting and diverse pieces created here.

Get your thinking caps on because Quantum Conundrum is going to challenge you. The puzzler wants to get players thinking way outside the box, and from the looks of the trailer it should succeed in doing so. The shifting of dimensions is at the heart of gameplay with four different dimensions to switch between. Quantum Conundrum will be released digitally on PC on June 21st and is lined up for digital releases on PlayStation 3 and Xbox, but a release date has not been set.

We’ve covered the Tomb Raider trailer on its own, but you can never have too much of a good thing. The reboot will be released on March 5th 2013 for PC, Mac, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Oh, when the saints…go marching in. Oh when the saints go marching in! The Attack of the Saints trailer for Hitman: Absolution was controversial, but certainly made people aware of the audience. If you missed it, here it is again. The game itself is playable at E3, though there are fewer saints included. Hitman: Absolution will be released on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on November 20th.
