Superhot was born as a game prototype during a 7 day session in 2013 and went into high gear with a Kickstarter in May 2014. Now it's actually a real and almost complete game, which is all about dodging bullets like Neo in the Matrix.
Here's the official release date trailer.
That's massively sped up gameplay but the trick here is that time only moves when you do. So if there's a hail of bullets heading towards your head you'll be able to take a pause and figure out the best way to thread your way through them without being perforated. It's your own omniscient action moment, complete with katanas and the ability to chuck and empty gun at an enemies head.
You can play a prototype here and get ready for the full game to launch on the 25th of February for PC, with the Xbox One version to follow in March 2016.
