Namco Bandai is bringing Tales of Hearts R to the PS Vita in Europe and North America this winter.
GameStop will be selling the RPG as a retail exclusive in North America. The PlayStation Store will also have the game available for digital download. No information for the European release has been announced.
“Last year in 2013, I attended many events across the world and received lots of requests from fans to release Tales of Hearts R. So we have been looking for a way to make it a reality and we have finally found it,” said Tales series producer Hideo Babain a video message, which you can check out below.
“I’d like you to be excited for the Tales series with the release of Tales of Xillia 2, as well as more news about Tales of Zestiria and Tales of Hearts R.”
Tales of Heart R is a remake of the original Tales of Hearts which was released in 2008 on the Nintendo DS. It adds fully voiced dialogue, full 3D graphics, two new party members, new events, and many other improvements. The game was released in Japan last year for the PS Vita.
