A tester on The Witcher 3 has shown that the game can be completed in just 25 hours. But that’s a target that few fans will be able to hit.
Testers are managing to reach the end of the campaign by skipping all the story sections, taking the shortest route to destinations and bypassing all the dialogue. That’s good news for players because it means that even if you skip everything, you’ll still have a lengthier campaign on your hands than many games.
For most of us, The Witcher 3 is expected to last around 200 hours. The main campaign alone will take somewhere between 50 and 100 hours to finish. And if that isn’t enough for you, CD Projekt Red is promising an additional 30 hours of content through the recently announced expansions.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 19th, 2015.
