The release of the Afterbirth DLC for Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is approaching. The dev team today released a new song from the soundtrack, which will be used in the new game mode.
Edmund McMillen released the track on the Binding of Isaac blog, and revealed it’s one of eight new tracks on the soundtrack. He’s keeping his cards close to his chest; he won’t say where the song is used.
He also mentioned that he looked over the community’s requested minor fixes. One point that he paid particular attention to was the Sacrifice room. He promised that its system will be fixed and that it’s an overhaul that has to be added to Afterbirth rather than in a regular update.
Finally, he hinted at a new item. This gif tells you all you need to know…or all he’s willing to tell you, that is.
Edmund teased, "NEXT WEEK! SOMETHING HAPPENS!?!" Binding of Isaac fans will be waiting.
