DmC developer diary gives viewers an insight into what it is like to play Dante. The actor playing Dante, Tim Phillips, talks about the character, his motivations and shows how the character is brought to life through motion capture. We also hear from Lou Beatty Jr. who plays Phineas. The character is described as “a demon with a heart.” It’s interesting to see the production work that goes on behind the scenes, but we have to wonder how difficult it is not to crack a smile when you see your co-star laced up in the suit and with everything attached to them.
The demo for DmC is currently available on Xbox Live and on the PlayStation Network. The game will be released on both systems on January 15th, 2013 in North America and in Europe. The game will be released at a later date for PC.
