Xbox One profiles coming to Xbox.com this week
Xbox One owners will be able to view their profiles, achievements and in-game clips on Xbox.com from later this week.

Up to this point, only Xbox 360 profiles were available on the website, which meant that those who had moved to the next-gen completely had no reason to visit Xbox.com. Instead, Xbox One owners were supposed to use the Smartglass app.

However, Microsoft announced that Xbox One profiles will be available on the website in full from later this week. Not only will people be able to view profiles, but Xbox One owners will be able to view their recorded clips and download the hi-res images they unlock as achievements to use as a desktop wallpaper.

Xbox’s Major Nelson narrated a video to show off the new-look website and talk through the various features of the online profiles, including visiting friends’ profiles and downloading achievement images.
