You can get banned from Black Ops 3 for being offensive

Some Black Ops 3 players are getting permanently banned from parts of the game for creating offensive graphics in their custom paint jobs or emblems.

Treyarch Studios is targeting players who are using imagery related to terrorism and other offensive material, and they're also likely to clamp down if anything you're wearing or using resembles genetalia. If you do get caught, you'll be locked out of using any of the custom painting options, which is definitely better than being booted from the game forever.

Here's the error message you'll get.

And it sounds totally fair - if you're going to be the kind of person who creates imagery like this, then maybe its better if your creative outlet is just taken away. Now if only they could do something about the crap that people say when they're playing online...
