Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe said he has suffered some of the worst hangovers of his life in Dublin.

The actor spent several months here while filming My Boy Jack last year.

"That was one of the best summers of my life - got to work with Kim Cattrall and Carey Mulligan on an incredible story and I got to spend a lot of time in Ireland which was great as my girlfriend at the time was from there," he said referring to actress Laura O'Toole.

"I'd just started seeing my girlfriend at that stage so she loved showing me around the city."

"My girlfriend before that was Irish too, so she'd brought me to Dublin and around the west coast.

"I'm such a tourist when I'm there. I love the Guinness Brewery and St Stephen's Green. And the pubs, how much fun are your pubs? I've probably had some of the worst hangovers of my life there," he revealed to the Dubliner Magazine.
