The ex-cocaine addict looked much older than her 38 years as she mingled with celebs at the Pia Michi catwalk party at London’s Millenium Hotel.
And despite reconstructive surgery - her new nose looked to be worse for wear too.
Despite dolling herself up in a chic black dress with silver detailing, the former soap star Danniella’s face looked strained and her smile lopsided.
It also appeared as though her new nose was flattened again.
The ex-EastEnders actress Danniella battled a £400 a day drug habit for a decade that eventually destroyed part of her nose and ruined her career.
Fans were shocked to see snaps of the star in 2000 falling out of a club with her septum missing, forcing her to admit the truth about her addiction.
She has said of her drug problem: "I was always in clubs and everyone was doing coke and it was glamorous - except obviously, it wasn’t at all. I was just very young, very stupid and very easily led."
She has since beaten her drug addiction, had reconstructive surgery to repair her damaged septum and claims to be a born again Christian.
In 2010 she placed fourth on ITV’s Dancing On Ice and has competed in several other reality shows.
Party-loving Danniella excitedly posted on
Twitter as she glammed herself up for Wednesday night’s party.
She wrote: "Hair done by Hairbylino and make up done by Lancome. Nearly ready for a night out with juniperberryx and the Piamichi."
