Topless and nude photos claiming to be of actresses
Christina Hendricks and
Olivia Munn have hit the Internet, reports Liz Hodgson.
Mad Men star
Hendricks (36) and
Munn (31), who appeared with her in last year’s movie I Don’t Know How She Does It, have both had their mobile phones hacked — but they both deny they are in the explicit shots.
A spokesman for Hendricks said: “Christina’s phone was in fact hacked and photos were stolen. The proper authorities have been contacted in hopes of rectifying this situation.
“The topless image is fake and not an image of Christina.” Iron Man 2 star Munn
tweeted pictures of a baby and a cat and said: “If you ever hacked my phone, these are the photos you’d find.” She has previously tweeted pictures of herself in a pink bikini, a black bra and a low-cut v-neck sweater, but sources said the pictures — which do not show her face, and include a nude shot — are fake.
Previous victims of phone hacking have included Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens, Blake Lively, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis and Christina Aguilera. Johansson called in the FBI when she realised a nude picture she shot of herself for her then-husband Ryan Reynolds had gone viral on the web.
Last October
Christopher Chaney, of Florida, was charged with 26 counts of computer hacking, identity theft and wiretapping in relation to the phone attacks. Chaney (35) has pleaded not guilty and faces up to 121 years in prison if convicted of the crime.
