Crazy pop twins
Jedward made their TV debut in the U.S. with an appearance on
Good Morning America yesterday.
John and Edward ended up on TV when they were spotted outside
Good Morning America's studios by weatherman,
Sam Champion.
The
pair, who were among hundreds outside the studios, were introduced by the weather anchor with the announcement: “Jedward is in the house, Irish pop duo right?'' The pair replied: “I'm John and I'm Edward and together were Jedward!”
They also told the anchor what a thrill it was for them to appear on the top breakfast show in the United States.
“Good Morning America,'' said Edward. “Good Morning America is totally the coolest show ever. Justin Bieber's been on it. Britney Spears has been on it. Lady Gaga and now Jedward! Totally cool!''
The pair, who were wearing their trademark high hair and black and silver, sparkly jackets, were ecstatic with their appearance on American TV. “People gather outside the studios every morning and Jedward just went along at all hours in the morning and the weatherman spotted them and came over to interview them,'' said a source. “They couldn't have been more excited!''
The
twins made their American TV debut in New York yesterday after shooting an advert for RTE's Late Late Show Toy Show. The pair will be among the stars of the Late Late Toy Show which will be broadcast on Friday, December 2.
However, it's believed that Jedward will have to pre-record their appearance on the show this week. The twins will be performing live in the Opera House Theatre in Blackpool that night as part of their UK tour.
