I have to admit, I like The Fault in Our Stars. It's emotion baiting sure, entirely designed to make people tear up in a darkened movie theatre but sometimes that's a good thing. Emotions are ok.I also enjoyed John Green's book, probably more than the film, but that doesn't mean both aren't ripe for parody. Enter Screen Junkies with another classic Honest Trailer.
There's so much good stuff here - from pointing out their really weird speech patterns to the totally uncool kissing moment from the film but the real highlight for me is the alternative title for the film. Which is totally more appropriate than the real one. I'm also a big fan of Sick McLovin' who's girlfriend dumped him for losing his eyesight. Which is totally screwed up.
The Fault in Our Stars is on home video in November 2014.
