Reports are coming in that new James Bond movie spectre is on hold due to an injury to the person of star Daniel Craig.
Apparently a fight scene was being filmed at Pinewood studios when Craig suffered an injury to his knee. The issue was bad enough that all the extras appearing in the scene were sent home and news from the set was that any kind of delay could throw the entire shooting schedule into serious jeapordy.
Thankfully, a spokesperson for the production has responded saying that while Craig did injure himself earlier in the week, shooting was set to go ahead and the star would be back on set on Saturday the 7th of February as planned. With the film due to open later in 2015, any delay could have caused big problems for hitting that deadline.
Spectre also stars Christoph Waltz, Monica Belucci, Andrew Scott and Dave Bautista and sees Bond facing off against another clandestine organisation and being forced to face his past.
The film is set for release in November 2015.
