In America, there is currently the largest domestic natural gas drilling boom in history, using a process known as "fracking", which employs state-of-the-art drills to tap into pockets of natural gas deep within the earth. However, there are serious concerns about the safety of hydraulic fracturing. When filmmaker Josh Fox is asked to vacate his land to make way for drilling, he embarks on a one-man odyssey to understand the repercussions of this boom.
