Transformers: Age of Extinction is almost ready to hit Irish cinemas and its already earned over $400 million worldwide.
That's a hit then, which will be pleasant news for the young star of the film Jack Reynor. It's the first blockbuster for the 22 year old Irish man, just two short years after he took the lead role in Lenny Abrahamson's What Richard Did. And not only does he get to feature alongside the likes of Mark Wahlberg and Stanley Tucci but also massive explosions and those huge Autobots!
Jack was in Dublin for the Irish premiere of the film recently and we got the chance to sit down with him for a chat about his amazing career in the last couple of years, his interest in filmmaking and technology and we also unravelled the myth behind the man who is Michael Bay!
Check out the video interview where Reynor also talks about his interest in making a definitive version of Bram Stoker's Dracula!
Transformers: Age of Extinction is cinemas from the 5th of July 2014.
