Jason Momoa, best known for his roles in Game of Thrones and Conan the Barbarian, is said to be set for a role in the forthcoming superhero flick, Batman vs. Superman. Reports from the probably less-than-reliable website batman-news.com has suggested that the star will take up an as-yet unknown role in the big budget bonanza, which is set to hit theatres in 2016.
Momoa has long been rumoured for the role of Aquaman in the Justice League, and there's still a possibility that he may well have taken up that role, with speculation mounting that Batman vs. Superman will feature an assortment of Justice League characters.
Without any official confirmation from Warner Bros. or the movie's production staff, it's impossible to know whether Momoa has indeed signed up, or if there'll be much of a Justice League presence in the movie, but that's not going to stop speculation, with some rumours linking him with the role of Doomsday.
If there's any truth to this we'd expect to hear something official in the weeks ahead.
