Ang Lee’sLife of Pi is coming to cinemas this December but before all that why not catch up with the filmmakers at a live press conference.
Life of Pi is based on the world renowned 2001 book by
Yann Martel which told the story of on a young Indian boy who becomes trapped on a life boat with a tiger after his ship goes down. The book has been adapted by Academy Award nominated writer
David Magee (
Finding Neverland) and directed by
Ang Lee – responsible for films like
Crouching Tiger,
Hidden Dragon and
The Ice Storm.
On Friday the 28th of September from 5-5.30 GMT, director
Ang Lee and author
Yann Martel will be taking part in a press conference for the film during the
New York Film Festival and you’ll be able to watch the live stream in the player below.
Life of Pi will open the New York Film Festival tonight before going on general release from the 21st of November in the States and December 20th in the UK and Ireland.
