New UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor has said that he may be interested in taking on film roles in the future, and Mark Wahlberg may be knocking on his door to make that happen.
Speaking to TMZ, Wahlberg admitted that he has talked about something for him. "Absolutely. The right role he could be great," he said before acknowledging that it's very possible he would work with him. "I like him," he added. Don't we all, Mark.
McGregor wouldn't be the first UFC star that Wahlberg has worked with. He already has a movie called Mile 22 with former champion Ronda Rousey coming in 2016. Provided Hollywood isn't too much of a distraction, McGregor may find himself on the big screen in the near future.
