What is in store After Earth?
A new image from
M Night Shyamalan’s After Earth has been released and shows
Jaden Smith in full attire. The picture itself doesn’t give too much away, but may indicate what aesthetic feel viewers are in store for. What is showcased is the supposedbly inhospitable environment that Jaden will find himself exploring and the usage of a second skin. Very little has been revealed about the plot. The movie is set thousands of years in the future and follows the story of a young boy and his father who crash land and get marooned on a planet.

Will Smith.
Stephen Gaghan (Syriana) and
Gary Whitta (The Book of Eli) have taken on writing duties for the movie.It is hard to know how much will be revealed in the near future. After Earth is not expected in cinemas until June 2013, so there is still plenty of time to slowly drip feed information, trailers and pictures.
