Mark Wahlberg and his wife Rea Durham are hoping it will be third time lucky in their attempts to sell their Beverly Hills house.
They first tried to offload the 1.73 acre property, which has a five-bedroom main house and two-bedroom guest house, in autumn 2008, when they were asking for €13m.
Last September they tried again at €11.5m and last week they dropped the price to around €10.7m.
Wahlberg (42) paid about €4m in 2001 for the compound, which has a putting green, a free-form lagoon-style pool with a waterfall and a spa in a grotto.
It also has a full-size basketball court and a professional quality gym with, fittingly for the star of The Fighter, a regulation-size boxing ring.
There is a fireplace in the living room and the chef’s kitchen has a centre island.
Wahlberg and Durham, who have four children, are believed to have bought a six-acre unbuilt lot in Beverly Park in LA for €6.8m in 2009.
