The Butler and
The Angriest Man in Brooklyn back to back. Shooting on Lee Daniels' The Butler will begin next month with Williams in line to play president Dwight D. Eisenhower.
The film has been adapted from a Washington Post article about the life of Eugene Allen and tells the story of a White House servant who worked for eight First Families over three decades. The film also stars

Alan Rickman, and
James Marsden.
Liam Neeson is currently rumoured to play the role of Lyndon B. Johnson.
Williams will then be in New York in September to shoot The Angriest Man in Brooklyn, which will be directed by Phil Alden Robinson. He will play the role of an obnoxious patient who is mistakenly told by a stand-in doctor that he has 90 minutes to live. Realising the mistake, the medic then tries to track him down after he goes on a speedy apologetic good-bye tour of his life.
