X-Men Days of Future Past has a massive cast, incorporating players from both the original X-Men movies and First Class in an epic, time travelling storyline.
With so many names and faces, it was always going to be difficult finding screentime for everyone, and director Bryan Singer (X-Men, X2) confirmed as much last year when he revealed that Anna Paquin (AKA Rogue) wouldn't be making the final cut as her action scene was trimmed.
Despite that, Paquins face has continued to pop up - including gracing one of the special covers of Empire magazine, which showed off 25 unique characters and images. Now, a representative of 20th Century Fox has confimed that the actress will indeed feature, though her part has essentially become a cameo.
It's good news for fans of the 31 year old Kiwi star - who is best known for her part in HBO's True Blood these days. She joins a large casting including: Jennifer Lawrence, Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan,Michael Fassbender, Halle Berry, Ellen Page, Peter Dinklage, Nicholas Hoult, Shawn Ashmore, Evan Peters and more.
X-Men Days of Future Past is in cinemas from the 22ndof May 2014.
