Warners Home Video has moved up the release date of The Bodyguard on Blu-Ray to March 27th. The film was originally going to be released on the format in mid-April. This news comes shortly after Whitney Houston’s death and could be a case of meeting the extra demand that comes after tragedy. The singer made her acting debut in The Bodyguard and also performed one of the most memorable soundtrack songs in I Will Always Love You.
