It’s a great time for fans of movies and live music, as the
RTE Concert Orchestra announces another unique way to celebrate your favourite flicks.
On Sunday the 28th of October 2012, the
RTE Concert Orchestra will take over the
O2 Dublin for a special one night only presentation of
Peter Jackson’sThe Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.
This follows on from a successful first outing with
The Fellowship of the Ringat the Grand Canal theatre last year, which saw the full Orchestra and chorus perform the score for the film as it was played out on a massive screen. Hearing
Howard Shore’s epic score played live promises to be an unforgettable experience for film and music fans.
The tickets for
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers in Concert go on sale this Friday the 20th of July at 10am and pricing starts at €39.50 and are available at
