Transformers: Age of Extinction Dublin Premiere in Pictures

Transformers: Age of Extinction is already on track to be one of the biggest movies of the year, raking in $300 million during its opening weekend in the States and with plenty more territories to go.

It tells the story of a single father (Mark Wahlberg) who will do anything to protect his daughter (Nicola Peltz) from the horrors of a robotic war. And he's also not keen on her new boyfriend, played by Irishman Jack Reynor.

And Reynor himself got the chance to bring the movie home, attending a glitzy Irish premiere at the Savoy cinema last night. Even Bumblebee was there, along with hundreds of fans eager to get a taste of the latest slice of cinematic carnage from director Michael Bay.

Check out some pics from the night, including Reynor with his fiancee Madeline Mulqueen and random Irish chapGlenn Keogh who has a small part in the massive blockbuster.

Transformers: Age of Extinction is in cinemas from the 5th of July 2014.
