VIDEO: Watch John Williams conduct the opening scene of The Force Awakens

Star Wars fans are counting down the minutes until the opening of The Force Awakens. But now you can catch a snippet of the opening score and with John Williams conducting it.

It's immensely satisfying to watch the master at work. This video from 60 Minutes Overtime gives us a glimpse at Williams in action, his personality, and how seriously Disney is taking security surrounding Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

In the video, Abrams pulls out his iPhone to record a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, leading others on set to believe that they also could. They were wrong! Disney's representatives were over like a shot to stop them recording and to get them to delete their videos.

The video also features some footage from the editing room. So, if you don't want to see any more footage from The Force Awakens, you may want to stop the video after the recording debacle.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released on December 17th.
