The one and only Strider, also known as Aragorn, later called by the name King Elessar Telcontar of Gondor is coming to Dublin. He's also called Viggo Mortensen sometimes.
The star of Lord of the Rings is coming to do a live interview at the Light House Cinema in Dublin on Monday the 15th of August at 18.30. This will be after the first Irish screening of his new film Captain Fantastic.
The film has been receiving rave reviews since it premiered at Sundance at the beginning of the year and tells the story of a dad who has raised his family off the grid but has to come back to civilisation when tragedy strikes.
We can't wait to hear what Viggo has to say about the film and it's a pretty safe bet that a question about Lord of the Rings or two will pop up during the chat. Entertainment.ie movie editor Brian Lloyd will be hosting and the audience will get to ask questions too. Maybe he could even record an intro to the marathon screenings of the extended Lord of the Rings trilogy which the Light House cinemas is screening from the 27th of August.
Tickets are available for the special early screening right over here. Get them quick!
