Guardians of the Galaxy is great and hopefully you've managed to see it by now. Me, I'm already looking forward to checking out the behind the scenes extras on the home video release.
Yes I'm a nerd but I just love seeing how they bring massive productions together, especially something like this which could so easily have been a massive nightmare. And if anyone else is waiting to see some behind the scenes stuff, you'll want to check out this set tour.
Star Lord himself gives us a look at his ship, the Milano in this video. The ship is obviously named for the one and only Alyssa Milano who presumably had some impact on the young Peter Quill's mind in the 80s.
While Pratt kind of seems like he'd like to be off doing other things and the footage does skip through the most interesting parts (let me see the common room ffs!) its still interesting to see how these spaces look before they're fixed with CG. The real displays on the consoles look great and the way it all exists as one contigious set had to help bring this motley crew together.
Just like Firefly. Sniff...
Guardians is in cinemas now. Watch it!
