The Glastonbury festival 2014 takes place from the 27th to the 29th of June and official confirmation has finally arrived about the top acts.
Bands like Arcade Fire had already let fans known unofficially that they'll be attending the festival, with those Canadian rockers taking the top spot on the opening Friday night and Kasabian will likely take to the pyramid on Sunday the 29th.
The poster on the official Glastonbury site confirms a host of other names, including: Jurassic 5, The Wailers, Blondie, Paolo Nutini, Interpol, Mogwai, Jack White, Goldfrapp, Lana Del Ray, Lilly Allen, Skillrex, Elbow, MIA, MGMT, Manic Street Preachers, Rodrigo Y Gabriela and Irish band Kodaline.
And that's far from everyone, more announcements are to come down the line in the coming months, including filling the slot for Saturday nights top act. Rumours include Prince, Metallica and Adele but the organisers are keeping quite on the matter for the moment.
Technically, the event is already sold out - with 120,000 tickets being snapped up in just 87 minutes when they went on sale in October 2013. But on April 24th any cancelled or refunded tickets will be offered up to fans. These are going to go in minutes so head over to the official site to register your interest ahead of time.
